A teatox is a process of detoxing by drinking tea.. i like it because it does not act as a diet or meal replacement.. SkinnyMint teatox comes in two- steps, which were the Morning Boost and the Night Cleanse.. Morning Boost which is drank each morning for the whole 28 days to boost your energy levels.. While Night Cleanse is drank every other night to naturally cleanse the body to reduce bloating (it was written gentle laxative effect MAY occur)

I personally really love drinking the morning boost.. it really keeps me energized.. but i hate the night cleanse coz i dislike the taste of ginger root and lemon grass...

I forgot when i started my first skinny mint teatox program, whether its around january or febuary but its definitely early this year.. My weight has dropped on the first week.. i remember thoroughly my weight was 102kg but after one week drinking the skinny mint tea, I've dropped 2kg.. I was so shocked n amazed.. It motivates me to lose more weight.. I try to completely change my eating habits but i just can't.. but I've stop eating fries n stop drinking carbonated drinks.. Starting from the third week i force myself to do some exercise like squats and burpees twice a week.. And by the end of my skinny mint teatox program I've lose around 8kg +-..

(i don't have photo to proof I've reach 102kg coz i never know by drinking tea i can lose 2kg in a week so i did not take photo.. Its not common rite to randomly take photo of ur weight unless theres some special occasion isn't it)

Its too late when i realize I've dropped 2 kg so this is the only "before" photo i have..

Recently I've just finish my 28days skinny mint teatox (second pack).. I've signed up for a 3 month gym session, 2 months had passed but i just lose around 0.3kg+- (basically running for at least 20 minutes three times a week) so on the final month of my gym session, i decide to take the skinny mint teatox again..

just to prove to u guys i did not change my eating habits...

but this time i just lose around 4kg+-.. i think its because my body was more toxin-free compare to last time? toxin was cleared out? (i suppose)

For me the ideal gift that was suitable for everybody was Starbucks tumbler or mug it look nice and practical.. price range was around rm40-150++

I owned 4 Starbucks tumbler in which 3 of the tumblers were given as gift and i love it.. The tumblers and mugs looks beautiful and some tumblers appears to be a nice stainless steel design.. i don't know exactly when but they might launch new series every season i suppose??

for her basically any starbucks tumbler should b fine

if u are concern about CREATIVITY.. no worry.. you can create ur own design... how thoughtful they are right.. how to know whether the tumbler have the feature to create ur own design? u just have see whether u could open the bottom part of the bottle coz not all tumbler with that feature was written with the phrase "Create your own tumbler" if not mistaken coz I've bought one which there's no such phrase.. you could put ur photo or write some love notes depends on ur own creativity.. this is perfect gift for valentine isn't it? 

if ur budget is below rm40 then what u could buy was shades/ watch/ cap/ beanie from Cotton On/ Vincci/ H&M

if u have higher budget (anniversary gift) then u could consider Casio Exilim camera..

whats the difference between ZR3500 n ZR55? Size, Weight, price and color thats all.. ZR55 was sooooo much lighter.. i owned a ZR50 (previous series) before.. i had conflict whether to choose ZR50 or ZR1500 (previous series) and end up buying ZR50 because ZR1500 only have one shutter while ZR50 have two shutter which it would b so much easier to take selfie.. But they have improve the ZR3500 with two shutter..

how to achieve pastel lilac/ lavender/ purple hair at home

Well purple shades are so confusing even though I've tried to google it but i just cant differentiate between them.. Who is going to be able to tell between lilac/lavender/violet/purple.. so i supposed, purple!

I've been trying to dye my hair lavender/ bright purple color but failed every single time.. I've tried it at different saloon here in Sabah, Malaysia but every attempts were failure coz the hairstylist do not dare to bleach my hair for longer period due to my super sensitive skin condition.. So its either I'm getting dark purple(black) or something not even close or which it only stays for a week..

After years of TEST & TRIED or should be regard as torturing my hair, ive figured out ways to achieve the hair color i want.. (however i do not proclaim myself as expert)

I wanted to get lavender/bright purple color but my hairstylist had tried the color on few strain of my hair and the result was awful so I've choose silver color instead.. the hair dyed brand was SCHWARZKOPF.. To achieve pastel colored hair bleaching is a compulsory process..

This color was cool rite.. but.... it only lasts for one or two week+ and faded into blonde

one/two week(s) of satisfaction was way too short..

But I'm not ready to give up so I've tried to get some hair color product from taobao.. after see through hundreds of products and reviews.. i've bought and tried the hair color product named Moist Air Hair Manicure and Tish Snooky's Nev-Color..

Best part about these products were they'll be able to last for months..

this is the video of my hair color which was from yellowish/gold blonde to my current purple hair color... I'm just showing the level of blonde that is required to achieve the purple hair of mine.. for the Tish's Snooky NEV-color medium blonde n light blonde should be fine while for Moist Air, a higher level of blonde shades were required which should be clear blonde or extra light blonde..

Time flies == I've been in KL for about two years +- student like me cant afford to get a car here in KL so basically i'll explore stores that near by my residency area.. Bangsar is definitely one of my favourite place in KL..

For those who dont have your own transport u cn reach bangsar village only by taxi (if not mistaken).. Taxi fare from KL sentral to Bangsar villager cost rm20++ (mayB) which i think itssss soooo overpriced!! 

So my alternative is that you can take LRT from KL Sentral to Bangsar rm1 coz its ony one station away..

Then, take taxi from Bangsar LRT station to Bangsar Village 2 which in normal circumstances cost about rm4++ (mayB) its so much cheaper rite..

No 2 Inside Scoop

look like a normal common waffle and ice cream but it will blown you away!! Their ice cream is priced at rm7.8 for single scoop, rm12.8 for double scoops and rm17.8 for triple scoops.. rm2 was charged if u wanna get their cone instead of paper cup.. 

Inside Scoop offers a wide selection of ice cream falvours ranging from cempedak, durian, teh tarik, almond butterscotch, nutella, salted caramel, horicks, hoji cha.... and many many more..

My favourite was the salted caramel flavour which for me its beyond SUPERB!! (exaggerating) 

while their Buttermilk Waffle is priced at rm13.80 with single scoop ice cream, rm17.8 and rm21.5 respectively.. (testing is welcomed before proceed to order dont be shy coz their workers were enthusiastic lol) have to queue every single time when i visit Inside scoop even on weekdays but definitely worth for the waiting

Definitely Paradise for chocolate loverssss... Their Crepe is a MUST to try coz it look really nice n also taste really nice.. Personally think that its better for 2-4 person to share one crepe coz its tooooo chocolaty & u will feel greasy.. I personally would recommend Crunchy ice cream which it was a bowl filled with the ice cream of choice, topped with rice crisps and the chocolate of your choice.. The Vanilla Ice cream will balance out the sweetness of the chocolate..

Alexis, Inside Scoop and Dip n Dip located at the same row and Inside Scoop and Dip n Dip located next to each other.. Dont get confuse coz its really easy to search for the restaurant... Enjoy ^^
